OUR TEAM

Regina Robbins

THP knows Texas very well. What is a secret part of the State you have discovered?
I love Austin and scuba diving in Lake Travis, it’s like a treasure hunt underwater and one of my favorite adventures. I also enjoyed hiking and the vista views of Enchanted Rock near Fredericksburg.
We listen with an empathetic ear and understand your home is more than just brick and mortar, it’s a safe haven. This is why we provide prevention, investigation and resolution planning.
Toner’s passion and knowledge are only surpassed by his energy. No matter how busy he is personally, Toner always makes time for team members on a human level. He has a high-level intuition that makes communication easy as he always seems to understand the unspoken. Not to mention he is hysterical.

Ryan Atlee

THP knows Texas very well. What is a secret part of the State you have discovered?
On a backpacking weekend, Ryan fell in love with Lost Maples State Park. It’s especially beautiful to visit in the fall when the leaves have turned color.
We often come in to challenging situations that other groups have stumbled with figuring out. We take pride in finding unique approaches to problem resolution and always work to better the result for the whole team.
Sam has been an invaluable member to our team. His extensive experience as a licensed architect provides him with another lens to evaluate project details. He brings a deep understanding of design principles and is excellent at plan review picking out details that could represent challenges

Sam Windham

THP knows Texas very well. What is a secret part of the State you have discovered?
Refugio.
THP not only works to alleviate built problems facing some of our clientele. THP also strives to seek out and solve problems during planning – before they can happen during construction.
Terry’s generosity is only matched by her spot-on intuitions. And Terry knows everybody!

Jacob McLemore

THP knows Texas very well. What is a secret part of the State you have discovered?
– Jacob enjoys the pine forests north of Huntsville, a hidden spot is The Blue Lagoon, where hiking trails surround a pristine blue watering hole where scuba divers can train to obtain their beginner certifications to scuba dive.
TONER Home Performance has a unique set of services to offer, the most important to me is the ability to come into a home experiencing a difficult unknown problem and diagnose the problem accurately and plot a course forward to remedy the issue.
– Regina is a hard-working dedicated team member that is always willing to lend a hand and ensure the team is functioning at its highest capacity. She brings a lively upbeat spirit to a fast paced and ever-changing industry.

Terry Nesch

THP knows Texas very well. What is a secret part of the State you have discovered?
Terry Nesch absolutely loves the Valley – McAllen/Harlingen areas. Even though Spanish is not her native language -she loved the culture and the amazing foods in that area
THP is special due to the nature of focusing on the residential markets only, and the ability to be creative in our deliverables based on specific needs of our clients.
Terry Nesch will always be grateful for Ryan Atlee – he was the first person that shared the THP opportunity with me. Ryan has a quiet confidence that is calming. Ryan and I also share a passion for great food and cooking

Toner Kersting

THP knows Texas very well. What is a secret part of the State you have discovered?
I love the deep piney woods of East Texas. I think it is one of the state’s most underrated and hidden biomes. You can celebrate things like Nacogdoches being the oldest town in TX and how fantastic the Kilgore Rangeretts are. It is legendary once you get to know it.
We have to be sensitive to the physical aspects of our projects and emotional needs. Two-thirds of our business involves things not going well for our customers, and it is our responsibility to help but not coddle. Honesty is always the best policy, and sometimes, we have to deliver difficult news. We strive to convey this with compassion.
I am very excited for our newest and youngest team member to date. Jacob McLemore has some architectural family heritage, a Texas Aggie work ethic, and a curious mind. He runs with some very established team members and never fails to bring a youthful insight that often proves refreshing. I love to see him grow each day and prove that the next generation of THP team members will likely be our best resource.
